The 600SS Sheetmetal Deburring Machine is a machine used to clean the burrs, Oxide Removal， and Slag Removal formed after the flame cutting processes of metal parts, and to make the parts have a smooth and hairline surface.
The 600SSP deburring and hairline machine is the machine used to clean the burrs formed after the flame cutting processes of metal parts, realize surface hairline of metal sheets, to polish, descale, and weld slag burrs, and other processing.
The 800SR deburring and edge rounding machine is the machine used to clean the burrs formed after the flame cutting processes of metal parts, round the sharp edges, and make the parts have a smooth surface.
The 800SRS has two groups of dry abrasive belt and universal roller brush. It is mainly used for deburring, chamfering, workpiece edge and hole deburring. Adjust parameters and select suitable abrasives based on processing requirements.
The 1300MHS model is equipped with a hammer wheel and a wide abrasive belt, and features a magnetic worktable. It is ideal for processing large carbon-steel plates and excels at heavy dross removal on thick sections and the removal of large burrs.
The RMD-150 is an entry-level manual deburring machine, designed for easy removal of burrs and edge chamfering on small flat sheet-metal parts. Speed and abrasive/grinding heads are adjustable to suit different materials and process requirements.
The RMD-162 is suitable for deburring, grinding sharp edges, and removing surface oxides from laser-cut, punched, stamped and other flat-processed parts. A 180° rotating spindle enables quick, convenient consumable changes, improving workflow efficiency.
The RMD-165 is the premium manual deburring model, delivering deburring, edge rounding, and brushed-surface finishes without the high price tag.
It features a dual-head configuration — one coarse head and one fine head — and allows workstation/head changeover in just 2 seconds.
