RRW Series - Plate storage

Our RRW sheet metal storage system series includes two models: single-tower and double-tower.

Single-Tower:
The left image is suitable for sheet metal with dimensions ≤4000 × 2000 mm, and the right image is for sheets >4000 × 2000 mm and ≤8000 × 2500 mm. Each level can support either 3 tons or 5 tons.

Double-Tower:
The double-tower sheet metal storage series features a single hoist and incorporates functions for sheet separation and double-sheet detection. The lower levels of the front tower are linked by a loading station and lifting mechanism, serving as a buffer storage zone for material pallets. Compared to two independent sheet metal storage towers, this configuration delivers superior cost efficiency.

RTW Series - pipe and bar storage

The RTW double‑tower tube and bar storage series offers a 3 ton load capacity per level and accommodates materials up to 6000 mm in length. It is useful for storing pipes, rebar, H/I/C beams, and other long‑span materials.

  • The automated vertical storage system optimizes floor space and offers customizable shelf heights per customer requirements.
