A Self Clinching Machine is used to create strong, permanent mechanical connections between metal sheets without the need for rivets, welding, or additional fasteners. It works by inserting a fastener into a pre-punched hole in the sheet metal, applying pressure to form a clinch, which securely holds the fastener in place.
Unlike traditional riveting or welding, self-clinching riveting requires no external fasteners or heat, so it provides a cleaner and more economical process. It also minimizes material waste, reduces energy consumption, and does not damage surface coatings during the process.
