High Rigidity Frame

The machine bed and key components, including the moving tool holder, use welded steel plate structures for strength and stability. .
The design features symmetrical weight distribution and reinforced ribs in the spindle box for support. Finite element analysis ensures optimal rigidity and stability.
To prevent deformation, the bed undergoes annealing to eliminate internal stress. Machining is done on a five-sided CNC center in one clamping, ensuring high accuracy and long-term precision.

Fast Clamp

The upper die features a precision quick clamping function for easy die changing, increasing production efficiency.
The single V-die has a simple design for easy mold changes, offering high hardness, toughness, and wear resistance.
Bending tool undergoes uniform heat treatment for long life and high precision, reducing correction steps and processing costs. Heat-treated dies provide greater durability than standard molds.

The Y1/Y2 axes use grating or magnetic grating feedback for full closed-loop control, ensuring precise positioning with repeatability accuracy of ±5μm.
Direct Rear Stop Position Calculation: The rear stop position is directly calculated based on sheet metal dimensions and plastic deformation, considering the neutral layer.
Die Parameter Library: A die parameter library is created for customers to quickly access parameters for sheet metal bending.
Intelligent Angle Compensation: The system automatically adjusts the bending angle based on material properties, die dimensions, material thickness, and other parameters, correcting any angle deviation after a single test bend for immediate production.
Automatic Bending Pressure Calculation: The system calculates bending pressure and provides an alarm if the pressure exceeds the limit range.
