The table size measures a maximum of 700mm by 1150mm, with an adjustable height ranging from 870mm to 1080mm, and a length extension up to 2800mm. The lifting and flipping angle range is from 30° to 90°.
The bending follower saves manpower, improves material support, ensures uniform force distribution on the plate, and maintains the processing quality of the bent workpiece.
It can be equipped with almost all brands of bending machines, including upper-moving electro-hydraulic servo, lower-moving torsion axis, ordinary and full-servo electric bending machines.
Install the bending guide plate on the machine for wider parts, and adjust its height to align with the lower die for accurate bending.
The follower car uses a displacement sensor to detect the position and speed of the bending machine mold. It sends real-time signals to its control system, ensuring full synchronization with the bending machine.
The follower car operates on an independent power supply. For larger parts, an optional hydraulic lifting and rotating table simplifies rotating and positioning during bending.
Equipped with an intelligent touchscreen control system featuring a clear interface. No complex programming is required; operators can complete training quickly and start working immediately. The system automatically adjusts parameters such as table height and installation distance, and matches them with the press brake automatically.
