1. Connect the tool to the air source
2. Adjust the stroke
3. Screw the rivet nut into the gun nozzle screw 1-2 threads, then press lightly, the rivet nut will automatically screw into the pull rod and stop
4. Put the rivet nut into the workpiece hole and close to the workpiece
5. Press and hold the switch, the rivet nut will automatically rivet on the workpiece and automatically reverse out, then release the switch, and the riveting is completed
The biggest difference between lithium batteries and pneumatic tools is the different power sources, so the following conclusions are drawn:
The compressed air is used as the power to make the cylinder generate thrust, and then the hydraulic oil in the cylinder is pressurized to drive the piston shaft to move, achieving the effect of riveting. After the riveting is completed, the motor reverses and automatically exits.
The package includes one pneumatic rivet nut gun, seven sets of gun head assemblies (including one for the gun), a wrench set for replacing the gun head assembly, an instruction manual, a certificate of conformity, a bottle of hydraulic oil, and a box of oil wax for the rivet nut gun.
