Small Size / High Efficiency / Affordable Investment
To meet the growing demand for versatile, ergonomic, and cost-effective bending solutions, ERSM introduces the Mini EP Servo Press Brake. Designed for sample production and light-duty manufacturing, this compact yet powerful press brake offers a blend of precision and affordability.
Compact Design: Its small footprint and ergonomic setup allow operators to work comfortably while seated, making it ideal for workshops with limited space.
Affordable Investment: Engineered with single/double ball screws and 2–4 axis configurations, the Mini EP delivers high-performance bending at a fraction of the cost of larger systems.
Eco-Friendly Operation: The Mini EP is fully electric, eliminating the need for hydraulic oil and significantly reducing maintenance costs and environmental impact.
Specialized Applications:Perfect for hardware manufacturers, offering a solution for quick and efficient sample creation without additional tooling.
Suitable for bending bus bars and copper bars, this tool requires minimal force while maintaining high accuracy.

The electric mini press brake is a compact, high-efficiency bending machine engineered for precision metal forming.
This unit is commonly used in busbar and precision hardware production, providing repeatable, accurate bends while helping to control operating costs.
Bending Force: 12 Tons
Number of Main Motors: 2
Number of Axes: Y1 Y2 X (Optional back gauge lifting axis R)
CNC System: ECO-10ES
Main Characteristics

ECO-10ES CNC system uses advanced bending algorithms and industrial-grade chips, with EMC and temperature adaptability certifications
The direct programming function simplifies operations by allowing easy input of bending parameters for efficient processing

The spindle power box uses heavy-duty ball screws and bearings for durability, with sealed protection to prevent dust damage

ERSM® small press brake features a smaller footprint, more stable bending accuracy, and a more user-friendly bending operation. Bending complex small parts is no problem.
The machine’s overall energy consumption is very low, achieving over 60% energy savings compared with comparable hydraulic press brakes.

Most machines on the market use a single-drive/mainframe configuration. Such single-drive designs are prone to torsional deflection and can cause premature ball-screw failure. Unless the machine is used only for small parts or for center-line bending, performing side/edge bends on thick plates will typically produce the problems described above.
The press brake can be optionally fitted with a robotic loading/unloading unit to create a fully automated bending cell. The robot performs loading, unloading, part flipping, and precise positioning, while the press brake handles the forming operation. The integrated line runs stably with controlled cycle times. This configuration is suitable for thin-material, multi-variant bending tasks and can raise both throughput and part quality within a limited shop floor footprint.
