Visual recognition software

The system visually detects each cut part’s shape and position, then sends its model ID and coordinates to the robot.

Sorting Conditions:

Parts must be free of sticking or deformation.
Warp angle must not exceed 10°.
Parts must measure at least 150 × 150 mm. For rings or narrow strips, the minimum inner radius or narrow edge length is 100 mm.
