Steps of blind rivet gun riveting

Insert the rivet stem
- Insert the rivet stem into the nose of the blind rivet gun.
- Make sure the rivet stem is completely fixed in the nose to prevent it from sliding or loosening.
Align the workpiece position
- Press the rivet gun nose against the surface of the workpiece to be riveted.
- Make sure the rivet stem passes through the mounting hole of the workpiece correctly.
Start the rivet gun
- Press the power switch to start the rivet gun for riveting operation.
- Continue to press the switch until the rivet stem is completely broken and the rivet is firmly fixed.
Release the power switch
- When the rivet stem is broken, release the power switch immediately.
- Wait for the tool to reset and make sure that the rivet stem has entered the nail collection cup.
Check the riveting results
- Check the riveting points to make sure that the rivet is firm and not loose.
- If the rivet is not broken at one time, press the switch repeatedly to complete the remaining riveting.
Clean the nail stem
- When the nail stem in the nail collection cup reaches 2/3 of the capacity, clean the nail stem in time.
- Avoid excessive accumulation of nail stems, which may prevent them from falling into the nail collecting cup.
Avoid nail jamming
- Only when the nail stems are completely in the nail collecting cup can the next riveting operation be performed.
- Avoid operating too quickly to prevent nail jamming and affect the life of the machine.
